Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:
- The item(s) must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item for damage or fault-related issues.
Non-Quality Related Returns
For returns that are not related to quality issues – such as a change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or color – we’re pleased to offer size/color exchanges within 7 days of the order delivery date. Please note, in these cases, items must still be in unworn, unwashed, unused, and brand-new condition.
Refund Process
- Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
